Erin Deering is an entrepreneur and former fashion mogul who co-founded the swimwear brand Triangl in 2012 with her then-partner Craig Ellis.
Known for its neoprene colour-blocked bikinis, Triangl quickly gained popularity. By 2015, there were selling over 1,000 units per day. Erin’s success with Triangl earned her a spot on the Australian Financial Review‘s Young Rich List, where she was once ranked as the second-richest young woman in the country.
Erin left Triangl in 2016.
In 2024, Erin launched a new fashion label, Deering. In that same year, alongside her business ventures, she ran for Deputy Lord Mayor of Melbourne in the city’s council elections.
Erin has also written a memoir, Hanging by a Thread: What would it take to walk away from your dream life in Monaco and a global, multi-million-dollar business?.
